We collect this data even when the App is closed or not in use (Background Location) if you have enabled these features. We use Coarse and Fine location permissions to ensure accuracy.

B. Activity Recognition

We use the Activity Recognition API to detect your current physical activity (e.g., in a vehicle, walking, still). This allows the App to:

• Automatically start or stop trip recording.
• Optimize battery usage by reducing location updates when you are stationary.

C. Device Information

We may collect minimal device information (such as device model and OS version) to ensure compatibility and improve App stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.
• Send you notifications related to your alarms and reminders.
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience (data is processed locally).

3. Data Storage and Sharing

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device.

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal location data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Google Play Services: The App uses Google Play Services, which may collect information used to identify your device. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no application can guarantee complete security.

5. Your Choices

• Location Permissions: You can enable or disable location services for the App at any time through your device settings. Note that disabling location will prevent Geofencing and Trip Tracking features from working.
• Activity Recognition: You can revoke this permission in settings, but automatic trip detection will be disabled.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
